yup remove the QSB's and try again with transistor method or diodes if you want

you mared that up good lol wtf watt iron are you using man that looks like a 30w or 40w lol use a 15w iron and glob flux on cuz it looks like extra flux isent going to hurt you any lol

did you even get a good matching NAND dump with that crazy solder job?

dont tell you you installed ALL of it BEFORE doing the NAND dump :/ as you are SUPPOSE to do the nAND part than dump than install JTAG wireing

i got a good nand dump i then flashed xell with coolshrimps tool and got e79 and when i dont get e79 its either 1 red light 3 red lights or floating dots screen

floating dots screen
WOW ive NEVER herd of that 1 before LMFAO

ya either send it to a pro to fix it or get rid of the QSB's practice soldering on some thing any thing old motherboard or some thing so you donr F up like that again use plenty of flux, and use the either standard Diode method or transistor method rather than the QSB's that came with your kit.

if your NAND part of the kit looks that bad you might want to consider actually removing it and doing a pin header or wire install just so nothing comes apart in the future or fails to work properly (asuming you used the QSB's for the NAND part also)

wire install is rather easy really heat the solder on the motherboard where you want the wire to go keep it heated and slide the wire in the hod solder remove iron (all in one quick motion of course and have the wire to be inserted pre-tined in other words coated in solder before doing this)

i dont know if you have had soldering practice before and if you have if it was just wire splicing or what but man a circuit board is soo different from what ever past experience you have had by the looks of those pictures

but ya im by far no pro at any of this these are just my ideas and recommendations to fix this and im not trying to flame ya or be harsh either just taking observations and drawing a conclusion

Believe me i went the expensive route and fried my fair share of sh*t and started out making these kinds of errors also

PRACTICE ON SOME THING BEFORE TRYING TO FIX THIS REGARDLESS if you dont you will probably just make it worse if not destroy your project possibly (and probably) beyond repair

I did that I ordered the e79 pcb
The problem is, you may not need the e79 kit. The e79 kit is only used when the soldering is good, but it boots to e79. You most likely boot to e79 because of how terrible your soldering is. Save yourself some trouble, and send it to one of us guys that actually can solder without a propane torch.

i lifted a couple pads on the qsb's and i soldered to the alternate point on them and even b4 that i still got red rings. i checked all the connections and they all seem fine . sometimes ill get 1 red ring and sometimes 3 red rings on it.. on screen shows a bunch of floating dotted line my cb is 1903 so its explitable
Have you tried moving the switch on the JTAG QSB to each position and tried booting ?

i fixed it and soldered everything perfectly now , my problem was that i was not using flux , i went out and bought flux and now i soldered like a pro . i was using 40w soldering iron i switched to 20 works better. i still get e79 even when all the switches are moved and i boots to e79 the same way... im starting to think it is something with how flashed xell or xbr or sumthin

e74 is different than e79. e74 and dotted screen are signs of gpu failure, you may need a gpu reflow. Please send it to someone that knows what they are doing.
Btw your soldering definitely isnt "like a pro"

Soldering looks bad still. You also melted some of the resistor although shouldn't cause a problem. That thing needs to be cleaned up and quickly.
