R-JTAG R-JTAG attempt Xbox360 stuck on x360 screen

i have a customer just brought me a jasper he tried to R-JTAG but cause max damage so im trying to repair the traces and ut boot but it get stuck on the xbox360 screen after the green lights? i know most broken traces and stuff either cause red lights or errors but on this one doesn't it starts fine then get stuck there. what you guys recommend i should try before i tell him to put it in garbage.

update: nand is reading fine so far

Was the console working before you started: N

Do you get a green debug light appear on the RGH chip every 4-5 seconds: N

i will today and replace it with i guess 4 other screws and washers but the weird is i tried putting a chip to see if even boot to xell but with chips on it turns off immediately, when i take the power from chip, it stays ..... nand read ok but i guess there has to be another physical issue somewhere
