R-JTAG direct wire install?

So I looked at the r-jtag tutorial and somevideos and i cant find how to install r-jtag chip without nandx qsb is there a diagram that tells where to install.

I saw that but I could not figure out what that second green wire does so I ignored it?

The second green on left side is used for nand r/w you can ignore it.
