R-JTAG DUAL NAND is LIVE safe?

If the console was just rgh-ed I could understand why it would be safe to login to live with a dual nand setup: because demon switches of the glitcher and you are on a retail nand image so no evidence of a hacked console. Bur on R-jtag the glitcher works on 5volt so as far as i know demon can't switch off the r-jtag modchip and also the j-tag circuit on the bottom remains active (i mean the diodes audclamp etc) so can't the xbox know it was glitched by the r-jtag when it will boot the retail image or that a jtag circuit (diodes audclamp etc) is installed and report those to microsoft? also booting the retail cb/smc instead of the exploitable on the r-jtag image wouldn't that give error E74 given that a j-tag circuit (diodes, audclamp etc) is installed that is compatible only with the hacked cb/smc and not the retail cb/smc. Please give me an answer as I want to install an r-jtag dual nand and I don;t quite see how the hack can be disabled when logging to live in a manner similar to rgh dual nand and if i will get E74 on retail image given tha the jtag circuit will always be active.

First of all, a "faulty" JTAG wiring set up would force the console to show E79 in most cases (E74 is a GPU error).

Secondly, R-JTAG works great with the DemoN and the R-JTAG chip knows when it should be disabled (this happens when the stock NAND is selected).
