FIXED r-jtag (F) pad removed, is there any hope?

hello my little bro damaged my only r-jtag chip, is there on the chip a place i can use as a replacement
or is the a leg on the chip that represents (F), i could have scratched that point but just in front there is a small IC
that doesn't allow the scratch to happen and that small wire was removed to the only very small hole just in front the F pad.
please help me, i dont want to lose my r-jtag kit.

Your question has been answered here.

Look at the orientation of the chip in the image and count 8 pins from the right - the 8th pin is connected to the "F" pad.

Move that wire up 2 more pins.

Providing that wire isn't shorting out with any of the other pins. Yes it should work.
