i just whant to know if it is realy need instal the áudio_clamp qsb, or the R-JTAG works fines without it instaled on xbox 360, i mean R-JTAG only with the chip and the POST_OUT QSB with the ribbon cable.. thanks

Thats the J-Tag portion of the hack. You don't necessarily need the qsb but the proper connections have to be made.
so but i can glitch the xbox without the áudio qsb ? thats my point... im asking that cuz i dont have that áudio qsb i f**k them up whene try to remov it from another xbox... if i can still glitch without that áudio_clamp qsb im fine.. just wont to know that..

Yes you can, and its not called audio_clamp qsb. You need some kind of jtag qsb or jtag wiring, otherwise you will get E79 then the chip done its work.
i only have this qsb http://xecuter.com/rjtag/install/4.jpg and the chip in self, can i do the R-JTAG works only with this ?
As I said, you still need to make the JTAG connections

just one more question, if i use the transístor what setup i will use on the R-JTAG chip? dip 7 4 for falcon board for exemple? cuz the original r-jtag jtag qsb have some jumpers to manage it, and with this transístor methot we dont have it.. only can manage on the chip , it will works ?

The jumpers on the original jtag qsb is only there to help those that gets E79 with the standard setup. What you need to think about is if your using ROL or aud_clamp with your wiring.
The chip it self it as usual, set DIP 7 or/and 8 depending on what motherboard you are using and the try DIP 1-6 exactly as in the manual.
