Does the light on the r-jtag come on? Even if u messed up the resistor, u should still be able to read nand. also if qsbs were used, then check the standby_clk point, which isnt used on r-jtag, but has a point on the qsb, for a coolrunner install, which may explain the jr-programmer issues.

could be that CPU_RST is touching C7R112 and C7R115.

What if you write back your original nand and desolder 5v, will the box boot?

Look,s like your green wire is on the wrong point on the QSB in the pics it should be green on the E point and brown on the F point.

I haven't been able to read the nand yet, when I tried too read it, I tried to start the xbox but the xbox would not start up by either the button on the console or the controller, So I just tried to read the nand without the xbox been on but j runner says No xbox detected.....

Please fill out the template fully. Also I would desolder 5v on your rjtag and see if the console boots on stock. U will need to find out why u can't read your NAND before u go any further, there is an order to this process for a reason. And do not try to power your Xbox with the NAND reader attached, u will fry it. It only needs a 3.3v standby voltage (Xbox plugged in but not turned on) to perform a nand read. Good luck.

It must be the console itself, detached the 5v and getting 3 red lights Numbers 2,3,and 4:frown: ..... id say the console has had it, maybe i disturbed the heat sink when removing it?

Think that error code was the hard drive not been connected, connected the hard drive and console still not turning on but now when I tried again without the hard drive installed like before it doesn't even red light now!
