Does anyone know if I can simply bridge the pads without damaging anything? Or does anyone have one of the 1k resistors that goes there? (My iron ate the one that was on there).

i believe its a 33ohm resister I don't think its a good Ideal to leave it bridged longterm but u could try it/u still have resistor if so solder it back on/ I believe u have to run wire to that point and groun the other end but I could be wrong lets see what others say

The R1R1 is 1k not 33ohms.

OP you can leave the R1R1 off if you don't have a replacement 0402 1k smd resistor.

VERY BAD ADVICE!! Don't ever bridge a resistor! Resistors limit current. If the component draws to much current then it can cause severe damage

I no longer have the resistor... Ive got to check other connections, it doesnt seem like that resistor missing should in any way stop the console from powering on...
