Hey,
I have jasper 16 MB and during RGH the resistor next to R4B24 came off and the Xbox wont power up.
I but a 33 ohm resistor and fix it, now the Xbox is power up but I'm getting 3 red light after couple of seconds - 0022, What can it be?

Take a pic of the wiring on the back please. We need pictures in focus, so if they're blurry, don't waste time in uploading them. Need to see how your wires are routed.

You mean this?

and BTW I flash back to original, disconnected everything, and still RROD so I can say that it is not have to do with coolrunner connection right?

Check resistance of R7R17 (above CPU_PLL_BYPASS). Should be 10k. If it is, then the problem is either with your CPU itself (this line has been shorted to GND), or a component under the CPU on the bottom of the board.

I have one exactly like this in my possession from a customer which I've yet to find a solution for.

A picture of the area would be handy.

either you are reading that the wrong way or your multimeter don't allow you to read that. i have that problem with mine, won't read tiny things. So test it on other resistors of same size and check that

I tried to touch on one side and the GND,
Now I tried to touch the 2 sides of the resistor and still 0

ok that should read 10k, so it's shorted.

If you have the ability to, remove it from the board and test again off circuit. If it's still 0Ohm it's blown, so will need replacing. R6T3 can be used as a replacement 10k if you don't have one (as your console is going to be RGH, you won't need e-fuses burned any more).
