If i pulled the pad off r4b24 would this cause the system to not turn on? Its the only thing that i messed up on and now the system wont turn on.

Yep, that'll stop her turning on allright. You can try cleaning the area up and fluxing to try and get a little solder to jump the gap left by the pad. Not to professional but can work at times or you can try to solder from the resistor next to it to the trace after the pad. BBe careful round that resistor some people have lifted it and that would be a real pain.

Thanx that what i thought but have never lifted any pads and just wanted to make sure. I always use the MRA hack on liteon drives so fixing that will be no problem.
