I removed the R7G8 during install...anyone know how many ohms it is so i can repalce it?

I soldered a 103 resistor that i took from a satellite MB and it works great.....boots up fine everything works. Is it gonna cause problems later?

I have an Xbox360 Elite

My Dashboard is 2.0.8955.0

I have a Lite-On Drive with iXtreme 1.6 firmware

I got the ban hammer in the ban wave at the end of last year.

I want to modify my xbox so I have the ability to access the Hard Drive, place content on it, etc.

I know the stuff I want to do can be done using XBReboot 3

So with the dashboard I currently have, Can I modify it to use XBReboot 3 ? If not what options do I have for custom modified dashboards?

I myself have the same configuration as scorchingice. A lot of forums say that with the 8955 dashbord, you cant jtag your console but on youtube, there are videos that show this 8955 dashboard and they have xbreboot installed as well as xexloader.

XBR is 8955 with no efuses blown and no security headers.

It means after you jtag the 360 will think it has 8995 on it, and it will, it is just a very modified version of it. I have not triied but I think you can still get the keys off of a jtag flashed 360. Basically it is the nenwest dashboard bbut hacked.
