SAMSUNG MS25 RAGE - XGD3 - clonecd

Latest ixtreme installed successful.
Burned rage with correct layer break and burned without errors.
When I try to boot Rage now, the screen goes blacl amd the right down corner of the xbox ring blinks red.

Normal iso releases still run fine.

Is this due to a corrupt firmware or incopatible Samsung drive?

Depends on his location and source, it's out in some countries but in the UK it's out tomorrow.

No you misunderstand me folks The isos I use are images of my original copys of course.
Ignore the word releases plese. Dont know why I used it, maybe its a quit common term.

It has been reported that the XGD3 backups should be saved to HDD to play them to stop this from happening :cool2:

I cant install to HDD coz the screen goes black automatictly. I always dont use auto boot, so it is disabled on my console.
Means I dont get the option to install to HDD.

The RED text is a little confusing

If you DO use 'Auto-Run' switch it off and see if you can install the game to HDD :wink:

rage is one of those games suggested to copy to your hard drive even if its the original.

Auto boot is off always. I dont get the options to install to HDD, coz the screen goes black after inserting the disk. But auto boot is off.

Do you do have the dea.bin in the same directory as the XBC.exe file when ripping the original :wink:

Not sure why the bottom marker on the power button is showig RED not heard that one before

Check the above and rip it again then let us know buddy

i assume your original copy plays fine?
