RGH Random red dot issues on stock?

I installed my DemoN, CR Rev B, 0225 FW Liteon PCB v1.1, and QSBs about a month ago...

I am able to switch back and forth between stock and RGH just fine. I have RGH stuff on an external HDD and an internal 4gb MU.

This is a Trinity 250gb and PCB is on LT+ 3.0.
Xbox Live stuff is on internal HDD.
Am using FSD3, and it is installed on external HDD.

Every once in a while I will get a Red Dot when trying to boot stock NAND. It is random. Usually I will get it when I forget, and leave the external HDD still attached to a rear USB. But every now and again, I will get it when booting stock without the external HDD. Sometimes it will happen over and over, maybe 3 or 4 times... and then sometimes it is just once.

Just the other day while playing Black Ops on Live, I looked down and it was actually showing a Red Dot error, yet I was still playing just fine?

Any reason why this is happening or way to prevent it?
It's not the end of the world, but is getting a little annoying that it is happening at all.

Note: I have since added a NANDX QSB to attach to the CR instead of my CR wires being directly soldered to the mobo. I took these pics right after my initial install just in case something came up... I didnt want to have to tear it all apart just for a few pics.

It was happening the same before I redid the CR wires with a QSB.

I installed this almost a month ago and I have played with j-runner a lot in that amount of time.
Also, I had some issues with my NANDX and had to try several dumps, writes... etc.

I had been using this CR for key retrieval for a bunch of phats without drives... I have since cleaned up the points, resoldered, and removed flux. The first picture should show it with the points all redone. Yellow wire is for the CR_EN point where this is a Rev. B

I removed the cap, but it looks like I need to switch my CR to Phat.

I promise that I searched for "red dot" and rdod... And search turned up no results, so thank you for the links.
It's almost 1am here, so I'll try switching to Phat tomorrow to see if that fixes it. Hope my boot times don't worsen though. I've got this one booting in 1 cycle consistently.

Yeah don't worry. Just mess around with different wire lengths and timing files until you get the best combination.

So I opened it up, lifted up my DVD drive, and switched the CR to phat.
Plugged it in and turned it on.
Would not glitch.

So, I switched back to slim on the CR... Now it will not glitch at all.

I then took the mobo completely out of the cage and started playing with wire lengths... Still no glitch under any length.

Eventually put it back to where I started.
Still will not glitch under any setting.

Stock boots fine. Debug light on the CR is blinking, and fan resets along with it on each attempt.

But this will not RGH now, no matter what!

Any suggestions?

Did you revert back to your first setup that you had when it was working? If you removed the c15 cap on the coolrunner you may have to put it back on or just bridge the two points.

No, I had already removed that cap a long time ago. All I did was move the switch on the CR.

Maybe I'll have to make a new thread where this is a whole new issue now.

Yeah you should do that. Post new pics and explain in detail what the console is doing and we will go from there.

Take the POST_OUT QSB off, worked for me several times. They do affect it, my man lone wolf told me to so credits go to him for finding this out.
