FIXED Rater doesn't boot console

Hey,

As the title suggests, when using Rater it doesn't boot the console. It does work (the counting etc.) when I manually power on the console though.. Anyway I tried to search for the problem and the replies to such threads is to hook everything up. Well, I have everything plugged in (yes even the green/blue nand cable).

I'm using a CR4 XL with a Phat QSB 3.0 and a JR-Programmer v2. The xbox is a 16MB Jasper.
