this is listed somewhere else but i'm not exactly sure where. when installing a pin header install of an x3ce and u think ur soldering is perfect check it again and again and again (many people have said this many times over). after ur sure and still can't get a flashbios screen, think if your connecting with component, svideo or coaxial (red white yellow) cables. i had a perfect setup and was still told to check solder points (which is almost always the case with this) but it was actually component cables plugged into my tv. the flashbios can't support it. it can only support coaxial. hope this helps someone with a similar issue. 99.9% of the time it is soldering though. so check that always.
