I just installed an xecuter 3 in a 1.3 xbox. everything works fine. When i go to flash it with the 1959 bios(had a disk from a friend) it flashs and when i turn the xbox back on i hear the sound but their is no picture. i have tried holding the white button but nothing works. when i disable the xecuter 3 it boots to the microsoft dash fine. what can i do? Also i already tried redoing points 13 and 14 twice. and it still doesnt boot. what can i do. Also when i try to reflash it it freezes.

my only thought is resolder your 13 & 14 points again but before you try that I would suggest to go to the usual place and download the bios yourself. Make sure you use X3 2913.bin bios. Then I would flash it to your other 1mb bank. If you had flashed your prior bios to 1234 banks (on on off off off), I would try flashing to 5678 banks (off on off off off).
