JTAG Reading NAND PLEASE HELP

i have a jtagable xenon jtag and i soldered all the points then hooked the nand-x up to it and installed the drivers then i opened up jtag too and up usb and xenon the i click read nand and the is exactly what it says

thats usually down to poor soldering mate so go over your connections again and test with a multimeter if possible. having said that you have got the xbox plugged in but not powered up?

Sometimes unplugging the nandx from your computer and plugging it back in helps, but more than likely what those guys said. Post pics.

I would check your stby_clk soldering, I had that message on my first RGH after I fcuked the pad and lifted the trace.

Edit: Just noticed its a JTAG so that may not be relevant. Double check your soldering and check your points with a multimeter.

If using vista / Win 7 make sure you right click the programming tool or command prompt and "run as administrator"

Come on man....... no one can help you unless you help us help you. Post some pics already. That would be a really good start.

This site is full of post with cases just like yours. Use the search feature and you will see what I mean. I has nothing to do with the type of box you have.

Im not trying to be a smart ass or anything but all your doing in that video is showing us that you can't read the nand. We know that already. We need high res pics of your soldering so we can see and bridges, damages etc. that might have been done.
