Ready to go; what to buy?

Hi all. I've read through the site for the past week and feel I have a grasp at what I need to purchase in order to get started. Even so, I'd like some feedback to make sure I'm not adding something extraneous or leaving something out.

I have:

360 Slim 250GB drive
Trinity Mobo
DG-16D4S (9504) drive
Current dash is 2.0.17489.0 (I haven't read about updating dash and am not sure this is the most up-to-date DB. Will update to most current before modding).

What I would like to do:
I would like to store backup games on my internal HDD. It will hold a decent amount of games, but I might expand to a 2TB external in the future.

I plan on using the Aurora DB.

I have searched various vendors and it doesn't seem any of them have EVERYTHING I need and/or want. The best I could come up with was ModChipCentral. They have the JRP V2, QSB V3, and CR4 XL in stock.

Is the double shielded PRO CPU RST Cable recommended, i.e. make that much of a difference? I was hoping to get it, but they are out of stock. If it indeed makes a discernible difference, I'll order one from a different vendor.

What are your guys' thoughts on the QSB v3 External adapter? Is it really all that important? I couldn't get a feel from reading on how often I might need to update the mod.

So, am I getting everything that you all would recommend? Anything I'm leaving out? Any unnecessary items I'm buying or items you'd suggest as alternatives to what I'm getting?

I appreciate any suggestions you guys can give me. I'll try to pull this off without any further questions.

If you have the right tools and know how to use them, that would be enough, the V3 adapter is not needed since you can update the nand via LAN.
The Rst Pro wire is not that important with that chip.

Good luck!

Are the boot times comparable? That's the biggest seller for me on the CR4. I like the fact that it rarely passes 2 glitches.
