OK so I have been practicing my reballing and noticed something. Its what looks like crossed joints are they supposed to be there or something wrong with board. Also I'm not the first person to work on this so no idea of fault just curious thanks

It's the green coat that have came loose. It happens but usually doesn't matter.

you're fine. Its exposed copper from the same circuit, it won't cause an issue once the chip is back on. It happens when when you apply too much pressure and scrape on the board with the wick
