I was wondering, if someone could post the following infos on this thread:

1. Direct heat stencils hole diameter for:

CPU
GPU
MEM
HANA

I know there are special stencils for CPU and GPU, what about HANA and MEMs?

2. Solder balls - which type is the best?

3. What kind of flux is preffered?

Any other info regarding this topic would be appreciated.

Thanx

1. 0.6mm for cpu/gpu/hana
0.45mm for ram

Not sure what you mean by what solder balls are best? I only use amtech 4300 or insat flux.

Thanx.

And for HANA and MEM, are there any special stencils?

One more question, see the attached pic, what's the minimum resistance between those 2 points on a GPU in order to be used again? I get 0.5 OHM on one of mine.

Solder balls for are 0.6mm.

Any will do but personally I prefer Amtech but they are much more $$

Flux is a matter of opinion. Some prefer Kingbo but most of it is fake. I prefer Amtech NC559. Amtech is made in America. :)

Also you will need a jig. The newer silver 90x90 I prefer over the older blue 80x80 ones with the handle.

I sent you a pm as well.
