Receiving Unknown flash! haulting

I have installed this mod about 1 yr ago with sucess on 2 xbox's, I recently purchased two more (V1.0) with 2 X3 chips, I tried loading X3 3294.bin from location on harddrive, over HTTP get the same error, obtained another fresh file from xbins same result any suggestions I am running flashbios 3.0.1 preloaded on chip. Dips are on on off off off. Tks
