Recieved Update

Reverted My BenQ drive to stock and accepted the update. Reapplied CFW and everything seems to be booting fine. My Backup of Battlefield is still booting and playing so at least for now i can still play xgd3.

*Just because everything seems fine doesnt mean that its safe. i accepted the update knowing i could be flagged or banned so if you choose to accept before the team has gone through it and said its alright to accept, dont be mad when you may need to purchase a new xbox. So for now accept at your own risk or be patient im sure the team is hard at work.*

I agree with Qkush. It's the guys like Cartel530 that help us defeat these updates. I'm more interested in JTag/RGH end of it than flashed drive end. So, hopefully more info will surface that way soon... because it'd be an aweful waste of a pre-ordered Demon, until the update is reverse engineered to to work on those type systems.

How would it be a waste? Just get your key before updating or don't update until you have the demon.

I love this quote because it is so simple. I will bet that everyone that is asking "is CFW safe because I can't wait" does not have originals and is playing pirated material. The main purpose of CFW is to backup your originals so they don't get messed up. Well as stated, just revert to stock and play your originals, you do have them in a safe place, RIGHT. No need to wait and not play while waiting for feedback. Just flash to stock, continue playing and wait at the same time. END of story. Unless your trying to hide something!!!
