Recommended iron temperature for RGH soldering

I purchased a Hakko FX-888D a while back and plan on using it to RGH my xbox. That being said, are there any recommendations for heat temperature while working with the motherboard? I think I remember hearing anything between 250 - 350 celsius is ideal but I don't remember where. Also should I adjust the temperature for larger/smaller points on the board? Thanks in advance.

I set my temp at 330 Celsius. Works great for me, I don't adjust the temp, just change my tip when soldering small points I.e. DemoN or post qsb

370°C, 1.5mm wide tip and a fine point tip for points like demon or post QSBs.
