Red flashing help!!!!!!!!

HELLO there!!!

When i start in the ms dash my xbox eject lights are flashing red and says that it needs maintenance , i have just first flashed my xecuter 3ce chip with bios 3108 and replaced the harddrive(just replaced nothing else!!), with the original harddrive it worked just fine!

You need to lock your new harddrive in order for your xbox to boot with chip disabled. Download configmagic and use that to lock your hdd. It is much safer than using X3CL to lock it. Cheers
