I want to JTag my xbox and started following a tutorial online. opened my xbox, soldered into the motherboard for dumping nand and started dumping nand using lpt cable that i made. I realized that lpt was taking forever to read nand as i've 256mb jasper and i must get an spi flasher. my pc was turned off while dumping nand due to load shedding and the number of blocks it read was more than 03FFF. now i tried turning my xbox 360 on and it shows red ring of death. secondary error method showed 0022 error which is gpu related. now i dont understand whether there is something wrong with hardware or has it something to do with nand. Please Help...

You need to be using a TX product to get help. Get yourself a nand-x or JRP and then post pics of everything you've done.

thnx for the reply :) ... does it necessarily have to be a Nandx or will MTX SPI nand flasher work fine ? and is it possible that nand may be causing red light or a hardware failure can only be the cause ?

The MTX nand flasher will work but don't expect to get any help here with it as this is a TX (Team Xecuter) support forum.

did you try to write anything to the NAND or just read from it?

in my experience, consoles that are close to RROD end up showing RROD when the motherboard is flexed when getting removed from the case, its basically the straw that breaks the camels back so to speak.

if you didnt write to the NAND this is the most likely case.
