I also forgot there came a little bit of smoke out of the R-JTAG QSB from the chip left to the chip with the TX text on it. you can see there is some black dirt around it.

But as you can also see on the picture i did not make any soldering mistakes on that place. So maybe its a bad R-JTAG QSB?

Hey, i switched all DIPS to off except 7 and 8 to ON now it boots but the fans are blazing at like 12Volt it seems.

But it turns on automatically even when i dont press the turn on button on the xbox, it turns on from it self as soon as i connect the power supply

Time to make a choice:

1. Post pics so we can all see.
2. Bin it.
3. Send it for repair.

I'm assuming options 2 and 3 are probably your best options anyway.

I saw this on jtag but it was basically shorting so red light as soon as you pressed power on button. Also this person bad done reflow to hana and accidentally pressed on the chip and the solder flowed outside chip! That's now dead for sure as no point trying to fix that!
