This is the point that martin was telling you to check

That point doesn't even need to be soldered for Rjtag, its only required for RGH

Thanks man, so check it with a multimeter now? Also if i just desolder it from there it will work again or is the whole stby_clk required for it to boot?

Think he wanted you to check the resistor and see what it reads to see if you damaged it.

I touch both pins of the multimeter to both ends of the resistor right above the red box.

My multimeter is on 2k ohm setting and its reading .034 to .036

Wow i did it wrong:

Just check the two red points for contuinity. You should get a beep if your multimeter support this. If not set it to 200 Ohms and you should get 0 Ohms.

---------------------------

I did the above and it beebed indeed, and it read 0 ohms. So this is good right?

so if this checks out, you're shorting something else. So use your meter and check resistance between 5v and GND on the board. J1D2.6 would be a good 5v source to use.

Do i need to connect the power cable, can i use the videoport shield as a GND, what does my multimeter needs to be at?

Xbox needs to be plugged in but not on to give u standby voltage. Any port shields work fine as GND, this is why blck wire is soldered to av port in Rjtag. Your looking for 5v so pick the V setting on multimeter that u think is appropriate. Good luck.

I recorded a video, please take a look at the end on the r-jtag board the red LED turns off and then also the psu is going to RED LED.

It's powering on, so it's not STBY_CLK. The 0x000000 error is likely to be a connection issue on one of your NAND points.

Get a meter and check all points as per my NAND-x troubleshooting guide.

I followed your troubleshooting guide these are the results with the multimeter at 2V

1: .059
2: .437
3: .059
4: .437 v and .680 ohms
5: 0.058
6: .030

I dont think these results are suppose to be this way right?

Nope - your NAND looks corrupted in that case. Follow the link in that same sticky in relation to the bad flash recovery method.
