hi all
my rgh was running fine for about 4 months until last week when i tried to turn it on and there was a red light on the power brick....update..

i found out that there was a short circuit on my board and managed to fix it. What happened was that there was a loose capacitor (or somthing) at this location C2C6) and as soon as i ran my finger over it it fell off the board.. now the xbox is working/starting/glitching but im missing a capacitor(or somthing) at this location C2C6..is this a problem I should worry about or will my xbox run fine without that in place...thanks...

Honestly I dont know how that will affect the performance of the console, but it was there for a reason in the first place. It would be best to replace it and be worry free!

The soldering on that chips really looks Bad lol..

it is supposed to have a cap there the chips not too bad but those resistors and caps around j2c3 header look like they have taken a beating

how would/should i go about replacing it..where could i get a replacement?

If your not comfortable soldering SMD (surface mount device) components, I wouldn't worry about it. You risk causing more damage than you're trying to fix.
