Red power led after 25 seconds with rebuilt retail on a trinity

I have a trinity with a current working coolrunner in it (from like 2011). I wanted to upgrade this to the CR4 with a demon, but I lost the original nand dumps from when I first installed the current working coolrunner. (hard drives the original nand was on were destroyed during a storm last year)

I followed the instructions in the jrunner instructions and also from the guides here in the forums. When I flashed the newly built retail image to the box and powered it up it just sits there for 25 seconds and the power button changes to a solid red. No flashing, no video, no secondary error. It just turns red after 25 seconds, but it will turn off if I press the power button. I did still have the cool runner soldered to the board, but I flipped the switch to program to keep it from glitching. I don't know if having that in like that would create this error, but I would assume if it did it would also produce a secondary error code or at least have video.

I originally had installed the coolrunner back in 2012 and as I said, I lost the original dumps. About a year ago I updated the dash to 16767 so I could run some of the newer games. Other than that it was just a basic install that I was trying to revert back to retail so i could install the new stuff.

I just reflashed back the working dump I used to build the retail image and the box glitches and boots as it should. Any suggestions on how or if it is even possible to bring this back to retail or should I just get another one and put the demon and cr4 into that.

Figured it out. I checked the reconstructed NAND and saw that it had somehow pulled info from the previous box I had worked with and put some of that info into the nand it built. So maybe this could be considered a bug report?
