Recently I tried flashing XeLLous to my jtag falcon. I have plenty of jtags and I know what I'm doing. I'm not sure what happened, but somehow I got distracted and ended up with a bad flash. When I tried turning it on the middle of the power button would turn green but the ROL would not light up. The console would not boot at all though. It'd just sit there.

After a while I tried turning it on to reflash it like a couple days later. When I tried the console no longer powered on at all and the power supply was red. I can't read or write the nand anymore.

I checked all over the board for loose solder, shorts, bad soldering, but couldn't find anything. I honestly don't know what it could be. Even tried removing the jtag wiring.

Could anybody point me in the right direction of what I should do? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Post pics around where you have soldered. Something is shorting out/not wired correctly
I know it's soldered correctly since it was working earlier and has worked for a long time. I've already checked the wiring myself. I think there must be something else going on.

Does the power brick only go red when you try to turn it on?

Do the fans try to spin? Do you get any red lights at all?
As soon as I plug the power into the console the light turns red. Fans don't spin. No RRoD because the console isn't receiving any power.

Remember to unplug the PSU each time to reset it, or the red light will stay.

If this didn't help and it's still a problem, you'll need to locate what's causing the short on the standby rail.
