Red X on the frount but will boot into the backup bios.

Hi this is the 1st 1.6 xbox I've done and it's be doing a great job of pissing me off.

When the xbox boot the I get the red X but when I hold the power and eject I can make it in the backup bios any ideas or leads to track down to fix this?

Sorry forgot to add that I was able to flash it to 2913 v16plus but still no gravy

just very quickly tap the power ...not press...
also check switch set to boot bank 1 on,on,off,off,off or try bank 2 off,on,off,off,off
