reflash ms25 pleae help

i have a xbox with ms25 with a hacked firmware.
i dont know wich firmware i have, my xbox dont read xbox1 backups but 360 backups work perfectly, the problem is that i dont have the orig.bin , and i want make a backup from my hacked firmware to extract the key (for future emergency)and update to xtreme 5.2 .
i tried to do it with the textbook
samread (serial number) when i select my drive appear
potr 2138 master/slave :b0 and nothing happen
i habe a intel dp965lt mainboard with ich8 sata chipset,

You may have ver 4.* or later hence firmguard is in place you may need to burn enable 0800 to a dual layer dvd.

put this in your 360 drive let it spin up and count to approx 20 then try again

how can i know that mi pc recognised mi xbox drive.
whe i put samread 1234567 12345 it apper
1-xtreme primari sata controller
2-xtreme secondary sata controller
3-xtreme primary slave controller
4-ztreme seconday slave controller
it´s ok?
