not being funny mate - but you wont get a reflow setup for under $100 anywhere - not even entry level mate - you'll need a preheater and top heater- I think you would be looking at $300 minimum then extras on top - jig/Kapton tape/Aluminium tape/flux/IPA/MEK etc etc
