Can you try a non-X3 BIOS?

Go back to Xbins and download the X2_5035 BIOS. Extract the version for your Xbox and boot the backup BIOS. Set the switches to banks 78 (512k) by setting them to off off on off off. See if this goes any further.

Well solderless, but I had to solder the the pin removed what #15 to install the D0, read other Threads on double checking #13 and #14 pin for contact, do not have device to check for connectivity.....

So to make a long story short the solder one, not the one that LITESup.

No the other one.....

You might as well read BELOW.

Yeah PINHEADER v1.6, so ok when I installed the pinheader I negleted to take out the #6 and turned it ON "if I may correct my self from above" "or at all" and also did not install the D0 rebuild pcb (BEGINNERS ERROR!!!) but since then have managed to put it all together and it all LITES UP get all the screens, may be I shorted something out in there, therefore it's not reading the .bin files correctly.

Yeap I used a COLD\HEAT solderer which should have prevented me from heating up the board to much and using as little solder as possible making the sure by returning to each points to make sure the solder made adequate or correct connection, connected the GREY WIRE, the RED and GREEN WIRE as in the instructions. the single RED1.5v as well and all others from the CHIP also as in the instructions, what would be the BLACK WIRE for the switch and the other RED WIRE double red to the EJECT\POWER button.

Everything LIT-UP. "FlashBIOS 3.0.1 screen(s) and Xbox screen.

Everything in that order.

I used a COLD\HEAT solderer
don't know but theres the first problem there
you say it dose not heat the solder up but it use a cold solder to solder the pins should of used a 15w to 30w soldering iron
as shown in guide
13. Soldering iron (max. 30Watt, with small sharp tip. Smaller equals more control!)
14. Solder (resin core recommended, and the thinner the better)
15. Flux (optional)

I negleted to take out the #6 and turned it ON
this all so may be your problem but with out another chip you can,t check
you can try to check voltage of LPC

i suggest you read the guide below from start to finish then read them again
