don't know but theres the first problem there
you say it dose not heat the solder up but it use a cold solder to solder the pins should of used a 15w to 30w soldering iron
as shown in guide
13. Soldering iron (max. 30Watt, with small sharp tip. Smaller equals more control!)
14. Solder (resin core recommended, and the thinner the better)
15. Flux (optional)

this all so may be your problem but with out another chip you can,t check
you can try to check voltage of LPC
http://xbox-scene.com/articles/lpc-diag.php
YOU CHECK THE TOP SIDE OF MOTHER BOARD ON THE PIN HEADER

i suggest you read the guide below from start to finish then read them again

So I have checked EVERYTHING out just as you asked, and found on #3 (LFRAME) of the LPC to register at 0.0v when it is noted to register 3.3v from the below link.

http://xbox-scene.com/articles/lpc-diag.php

I have also tried to Upload again on the 1MG on on off off off (DJBOOBY) and the 512k off off on off off (Martin_C) request and still nothing, I'am able to play games from RED Bank switch LITE (hold POWER botton), but still unable to boot BIOSes.

PLEASE ADVISE.

if you think your soldering is 100% and you try every thing that was posted then your chip maybe RS
i say this as you posted
Yeah PINHEADER v1.6, so ok when I installed the pinheader I negleted to take out the #6 and turned it ON "if I may correct my self from above" "or at all" and also did not install the D0 rebuild pcb (BEGINNERS ERROR!!!) but since then have managed to put it all together and it all LITES UP get all the screens, may be I shorted something out in there, therefore it's not reading the .bin files correctly.
but if you have done everything in this thread you were ask to do the only other way to check is with another x3 chip and bios switch
reread all of this thread and try again you may of miss something

Ok let me look at another CHIP then, I went threw the procedures just like you asked and well being with a v1.6 instead of a nonv1.6 and visa versa as far as #6 LPC is concerned well, I'am leaning towards I fried somthing in Australia or something.

What do you mean pics, all I have is a for a camera is the one on my phone that I can provide so pictures for you, since I'am diong this such I provide as many as I can giving you shots from the top of MoBo (LPC) and around the (PCB) from the bottom MoBo (I think I should give you as many clear shots if this side, also are you looking for traces? If so I looked at thoughs and of thoughs for damage, did not find any.

Lets just go ahead and look foward to a new CHIP, like I have said I have checked everything TESTING with it POWER on for the 3.3v found the #3 LFRAME was not 3.3v set at 0.0v, turned POWER off took the the MotherBoard out and did a resistance TEST from the LPC\Debug for continuity on the Solderless adapter for the CHIP and on the CHIP (all checks out), I think it has something to do where you dump the BIOSes on that area is not my FORTAE'.

I think I would have better luck looking in to shopping\purchasing with the MANUFACTURE. Meaning I hope I did not get stuck with someone elses return, me being new to this and all, I'am really fustrated with the BIOS not taking and everthing else to to be functioning just fine, I know I might have negleted to follow directions as a WHAT YOU CALL (NOOP!) newuser but my traces are (OK) and as I mentioned above so does the CHIP:| "PLEASE EXCEPT MY APOLGIES" but also THX for letting me vent.

If you have any other advise, I look foward from hearing from you.....
If not I will return, when I recieve a NEW CHIP!!!

Have not recieved my Chip yet but found this (LINK) for #3 LFRAME on the LPC which on mine reads v0.0 with a Digital Meter, will double check to confirm. I think if I'am not mistaking this but it needs to read v3.3 or v1.3 at least? "PLEASE ADVISE", any how "HANDS ON EXPERIANCE" of how this thing works is GREAT! I hope all the bugs are worked out of the BLASTER360! by the time I have aquired enough insight.........

Ok so I will forget this LFRAME thing see you at the other POST. Tust a small question, so even thought the LPC #3 reads 0.0v that is quite normal?

* not 3V, if you want a precise reading switch the scale to 1-2 V)
** on V 1.3+ 'boxes (0.0V it's disconnected)

Yeap saw this under the PLC Drawing, just wanted to confirm that I was correct at 0.0v and that I did not or do not need it to register 3.3v or 1.3v, will attemp a 1-2v reading tommorro.
