Removing front panel to paint

Anyone know A good link that shows how to take off the front panel to paint it?
I saw a control panel install, but that didnt help a lot..
Or if you have taken it off before and can offer some help..

It is simple, just unplug the eject button pcb from the mobo, and the sides are held on by pressure and they just clip on. Your fingers are going to hurt (if you use a screwdriver/pry, give even pressure to the whole side, it could crack on you) and as it pops on the tab slowly work it off.

Once its off to remove the pcb, use a small screwdriver to put pressure on tab that prevents it from popping off (at the bottom of the circuit board.)then gently pull it from the bottom lifting upwards and out. and you should be good after that.
