Hi, my name is Cade and I recently attempted to RGH2 my Xbox 360 Slim Trinity, but I failed do to accidentally removing a resistor on the R3B17 and damaging the R3B15 point. I tried and tried to put the resistor back onto the R3B17 point but I continued to fail. I spent over $100 on all the equipment I needed to RGH my xbox, but I indeed did fail. :C I also spent $23 for a FAKE CoolrRunner chip that the seller said it was as Genuine as can be. You guys said it was fake, so who should I believe? Team Xecuter or some seller? I was hoping someone that doesn't want too much money could repair and possibly RGH my Xbox for me? It would be the best thing guys, of all the sh*t I went through, this would make my year. I was hoping the price would be under $50 or under $60 for repairing and RGHing my Slim. Thank you guys for reading my thread. :)

Usully repair + RGH costs 2-2.5 more, so I would think that youll have to pay about 100-150 USD for repair and RGH.
This is the best example why you shouldn do things like RGH by yourself if you are short on knowlege or soldering experience.

It's probably a better idea to buy another used console which has no accessories for cheap, then send it to someone to RGH. If you MUST do it yourself, get your old dead motherboard and do an RGH on it, yea I know it wont work, because its dead obviously, but it will give you some practice on soldering at no cost if you screw it up, since you already racked up a cost.

i hardly see where its of better benefit for him to grab another console when this can be fixed.
