repairing broken traces????

heya peepz,

how do i go about repairing broken traces?
i have installed a 2.6ce into a 1.6 xbox
runs fine when chip disabled
soon as i enable it resets 3 times, then eject button flashes red/green
i have re-soldered HEAPS of times but cannot get it to boot when enabled
is this a trace problem?
need help bad
