Hi,
I have an old Xbox360 that has had 3 red lights for a while. It used to be intermittent but now it is permanant.
A brief history is below.
It had a Samsung MS25 drive in it but that died so i put a BenQ in it. (spoofed as sammy) I may get a laser for the sammy and put it back in??
The 3 red lights were getting worse so i put an X clamp kit on it.
It was fine for a while and started red lighting again but more often. It is now at the point of permanent 3 red lights.

Price and warranty changes on 1 & 3 red light repairs
Starting 1/5/2012

Due to the age of the older Xbox 360 consoles(2005 - 2007), reflowing is starting to become unreliable, because of this I can only offer a 30 day warranty. The best option is to have the GPU reballed, this only costs an extra £10 (£40 for the repair) and will come with a 90 day warranty

Reflow £30 - 30 day warranty

Reball £40 - 90 day warranty

Bumping this to say thanks for transplanting some failed kamikaze PCBs with unlocked chips, and for repairing the damage that occured to the one PCBduring transit, some very impressive work and will definitely but sending more work your way.
