Replace DVD drive in a RGH Slim

Hi,
I have made a custom firmware for a Benq using LT 3.0 and the dvd key read from my Nand.

When i boot into FSD it just says 'Play Video' on any disc i put in ?

I have checked the key over and over.

My original drive was shot so reading the nand was the only way to get the key.

This is in a slim console with a DG-16D4S 0225 being the original/broken drive.

Any help on this would be great

I used Jungleflasher firmtool to put my key into the CFW
saved the CFW to usb stick and used dosflash to write to the drive.Jungleflasher for some reason would not put the benq into vendor mode,i tried x360usbpro and sata.

How do i flash just my key to the drive ? flash it back to stock and add the key ?

I think i may have to PM you my key

Thanks dgenx,i flashed the drive with the Benq_CFW you made using Jungle Flasher.
Still had the same results 'Video DVD'

I flashed it back to stock with my key and still 'Video DVD'

I think i will have to just play off usb/network as not having much luck with dvd drives,i thought it would be simple since its a RGH console

i sent you a pic of when i read my nand with my dvd key on but im pretty sure its correct,i have some other drives but they are in consoles so might not be a job for today now

Ok,i had a Benq here with 0800fw on it that i know is good,flashed with your BENQ-OFW.BIN and get the same thing: 'Play Video'

So that is 3 different drives now and we know the key is good,it plays dvd movies fine!!

Any other ideas ?

Going to try a sata cable in the console but think im just hoping :(

Changed SATA cable:
To play this disc,put it in an Xbox 360 Console.

I think we have hit a deadend here ??

Did you extract FCRT.bin from your NAND (if it has it of course)?

If you used 360 Multi Builder, you will have been prompted as to whether or not FCRT.bin will be used.

Sorry i dont know what FCRT.bin is and yes i did use multibuilder but i do not recall anything called FCRT.bin it was 3 simple steps i think,was my first time at using multibuilder

no i cant find log file have looked in Multibuilder folders inc my360 and not there,i would have saved it if i seen the option
