Hey Guys.

Ive finally tried replacing my old bricked benq drive with a new one and a backup Ive made back in 2008 *2nd of Octobre*.

Thing is though, after Ive flashed the new drive with the key and the latest stock firmware It doesnt play my original games. They just show up as play game and after a short black screen I end up back at the dashboard.

Heres my Log;

Yeah guess so but I dont see how. The backup is 100% of this one, the key seems to be the right size etc. Ive got a backup of the original firmware and ixtreme 1.4 CFW. Both using the same key: D0A300DB28011E530DDC6BF4B950F08A. Wish I had made a backup of it last year when the dvd player broke down. Perhaps something changed in between?

Could it be perhaps Jungleflasher reads the wrong DVD key somehow from the old firmware? Seeings as the backup is from 2008. If no, i'm out of ideas and might try the RGH. Although I would prefer to save the investment, seems to be you need atleast two items, totaling another 60-70 Euro's.

Where are you? lots of people on here offer key retrieval services. It would be cheaper quicker and a lot easier than buying everything to do it yourself.

Maybe stupid, but have you tried to flash LT+ 3.0 to the drive with that key? What does your originals do then? If none works, it defo is your key that isn't correct and you would have like said before, rgh to get it.

Edit: Which stad you live Mike?

Oh ok, that is far from my place. Nearest is member Koetjuh, he is like 80 km away from you. Maybe sending back and forth is cheaper than doing it yourself if you really want it up and running again.
Pitty, atm I'm in Zeeland. Hardly any shops near here, found a couple at Eindhoven. So guess I have to wait till im back there.
