Think this may be big news -
I had a 0225 lite-on that I installed the TX replacement PCB in. After replacing the PCB the disc would no longer spin, so I inspected the board to find that there was a lifted pin that wasn't soldered properly. Once resoldered the drive spun the disc fine.
