replacement pcb

hi all just got my team xecuter pcb heres what i did extracted my key from my old pcb took it out then installed the team xecuter one i have tried pressing lite on erase checked all my wires pluged the old pcb an it reads it fine just cant flash this new pcb any ideas an i have used the search bar and google for the past 3 hours

jf won't see it as i think they come blank

simply click liteon-erase and power cycle clicked liteon-erase but what is powercycle ?

power cycle means turn it off and back on

what are you useing to flash the drive with ?
