Replacement power cable question

Guys

I have two xboxes, one black one crystal, the tool on the xbox.com website states that the crystal power supply is fine and I only need to replace power cable for the black box but which cable is which?

How can I tell which cable is 'safe' and which should be replaced?

when you get the new power cable, it should say which is which with a little 'manual' you get with it. do the power cables look the same for your crsytal?

It has nothing to do with the power cables... You can use both in your Crystal and it will work fine.

i had a 1.0 box... now i have a 1.4... on the 1.0 box you could definately tell that the plug was loose a little bit. The 1.4 is solid as a rock... (halo 2 btw) sorry, just had to say it LOL.
