I have a BENQ VAD6038 in my Xbox 360. I think it is coming to the end of it's life. It is very noisy. I want to replace it with a quiter and better drive. What would be the best replacement? I have the DVD keys. It is a banned console so I won't be going online. Thank you.

Get another Benq mate, they are the quietest drive imho. Also i think very reliable, Get from ebay quite cheap
