Replacing DVD-ROM

My DVD-ROM drive in my Xbox 360 has died, and I'd like to replace it.
Where can I get a good one from, and which one is good?
The one I have is a TS-H943 ms25

Man i hope you have the orig.bin from it or at least the dvd key or you got a nice hefty paperweight. I knew where you could get new ones for 65. but I lost that link... actually found it a long time ago in the threads @ XBH
