Quick question, to replace an SDCard to a bigger one is it as simple as copy-pasting all files present on the older SDCard to the new one or do I need to do something else? I really don't want to lose my games that are installed on the old SDCard not lose SXOS license.

Yes, just copy and paste.

Edit: Also, if you haven't already, I'd recommend FAT32 on the new one while you're at it.

I wish to use FAT32 but it doesn't support files larger than 4GB which I have quite a few.

What type of files? There really isn't a reason to have files larger than 4GB on there thanks to USB installation. If it's the Nintendo folder you're worried it, there shouldn't be anything in there greater than 4GB. The games are broken down into smaller files.

It's mostly .xci files larger than 4GB.
You can install XCI's just like an NSP with USB installation. Put the XCI on a portable hard drive, connect it to your docks USB port, and install it with SX menu installer.
