RGH Replacing slim drive with phat Benq - Please help

I have a RGH corona buy from someone just recently. It came without original dvd drive but work perfectly. I have a plan to put phat Benq dvd drive on to it (this is my only option, I can't find any liteon slim in my country) but facing with problem.
After grab dvd key info using xell i try to flash it via jungleflasher and it has be done, after then I make a new image in Jrunner with no fcrt checked. But it wont work. it always said "open tray". Please give me some assist to sort this out.

But it work in different console. I have non RGH Falcon and that laser still work like a charm. Another thing is I just tried using another Liteon 74850 and facing with same issue. Same dvd key in different drive = tray open.

open up the nand in jrunner go to advanced/patch nand check patch key vault leave everything default except osig change the osig to whatever it is your replacing it with for example if it originally had a lite-on slim version and your replacing it with a lite-on phat dvd drive you would change it to dg-16d2s-0251 then hit ok and it will patch the nand then flash the new patched nand and your good, also make sure the firmware version match up on the drive its also a good idea to get the latest firmware on the drives your replacing it with as well

OSIG? doesn't matter

Patch NAND? why? much easier to flash the console's dvd key to the drive.

Simply flash the dvd key of the console to the drive with whatever firmware you wish with "nofcrt.bin" patch.

If it doesn't work, its a problem with the hardware, not the software.

yea sorry jsinger is right you would only do those steps on a retail not a rgh, could it be becuase maybe the drives firmware is too low and it didnt get the xdg3 update so when you put a xdg3 the benq is like wtf, can you please tell us what firmware the benq is on update the benq to latest firmware

Update :
recently i have success flash that drive as 16D5S using LTU2 firmware made in jungleflasher but when attached to the machine it resulting = Play dvd. Is there anything that I missed ?
