Report of anyone getting banned for using GT in RGH Mode?

For people with Dual Nand consoles, has there ever been any confirmation of anyone getting banned for signing with their Main online Gamer Tag when browsing in freestyle dash? As i heard that whilst in FreeStyle Dash it writes information to your gamer tag that should be there, was just wondering if this would be flagged up and MS might notice this when you were using the retail nand side of the console and signed in with this gamer tag??

If you want to use your online profile, you should sign in after you load the game. FSD/Emulators/Homebrew all save info in your profile that microsoft can see and will ban you for. Thankfully they only ban your profile for this and not your console.

What's the point of using your live profile on FSD?
