[Request]Tutorial on types of Dvd Drives

Hi everyone;

I would like to start by learning what are the types of drives and how to spot them.there are many versions and revisions so can somebody post or link a tutorial on how to know which is which and which methods do they require to flash(unlocking first,probe only,sputnik360 etc)

there was this thread and now it seems obsolete,is there any updated all-in-one thread like this one

In here should be all tutorials for every single drive available, and are you asking to also find out which drive you have without taking it apart?

I also suggest looking at the guide for jungleflasher. It will show you haow to recognise the different drives for the original(non slim) 360, by the color of the wires visible when ejecting the drive.
